Three years ago, I made the decision to invest in myself and my business by joining TruChoice Financial’s Peak Performance Coaching Program. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my clients and my career.

What a day for the Palace City Kiwanis Half Marathon, 10K & 5K! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️☀️

More than 250 participants crossed our starting and finish lines, but I’m especially grateful for all the people who made sure those lines were ready for them.

Events like this don’t just happen. They take months of planning, early mornings, course setup, water stations, registrations, traffic control, cheering, cleanup, and an incredible group of volunteers and committee members willing to jump in wherever they’re needed.

It was such a beautiful day to see our community come together, welcome runners and walkers, and showcase Mitchell at its very best.

Hart Financial Group was proud to sponsor this year’s event, but I was even more proud to witness so many people who gave their time and energy to make it a success.

To every committee member, volunteer, sponsor, participant and supporter - THANK YOU!

Hart Financial Group, LLC is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated person to join our busy financial services office!

This is not a sit-at-a-desk-all-day position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, thinks independently, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

What you might be doing:
• Answering phones and greeting clients
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Helping with marketing and social media
• Preparing for and attending client and marketing events
• Assisting with seminars and community events
• Helping coordinate mailings, projects, and client communications
• Traveling to occasional conferences, training events, or business functions
• Supporting our advisors and team wherever needed
• And probably a few things we haven’t thought of yet!

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who is personable, professional, organized, dependable and confident working independently. You should be a self-starter and an independent thinker who sees what needs to be done and takes the initiative to do it.

We especially value someone who is creative, innovative, comfortable meeting new people, willing to learn, and excited to bring new ideas to the table.

Position Details:
Part-time | Approximately 12–20 hours per week
Hourly wage based on experience
Potential to grow into a full-time position

Throughout my career, I’ve believed that leadership is about more than achieving success - it’s about creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and helping others find the confidence to lead. As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the way we work, communicate, and serve our communities, it’s more important than ever that women have a voice in guiding that future.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional group of leaders who are committed to preparing and empowering the next generation of women through innovation, education, and meaningful engagement.

I’ve been appointed to the Advisory Board for the Women in Leadership with AI-Driven Engagement Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

This appointment reflects many of the values that have shaped my career - as a financial advisor, business owner, author, and advocate for women’s financial confidence - and I’m excited to contribute my perspective while continuing to learn from others around the table.
