Throughout my career, Iā€™ve believed that leadership is about more than achieving success - itā€™s about creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and helping others find the confidence to lead. As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the way we work, communicate, and serve our communities, itā€™s more important than ever that women have a voice in guiding that future.

Iā€™m grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional group of leaders who are committed to preparing and empowering the next generation of women through innovation, education, and meaningful engagement.

Iā€™ve been appointed to the Advisory Board for the Women in Leadership with AI-Driven Engagement Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

This appointment reflects many of the values that have shaped my career - as a financial advisor, business owner, author, and advocate for womenā€™s financial confidence - and Iā€™m excited to contribute my perspective while continuing to learn from others around the table.

I can't believe I missed on August 9th, so I'm going to celebrate it today along with ! šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£

šŸ“š Happy National Book Lovers Day! šŸ“š

Today feels a little more special now that I can say Iā€™m not only a book lover, but also a published author and contributing author of ! šŸ’—šŸ“–

Being part of this book has given me an entirely new appreciation for what it takes to put your story, experiences, lessons, and heart onto the pages of a book. Writing my chapter was an incredible experience and it also gave me an even deeper respect for the authors who sit down and write an entire book from beginning to end. The dedication, discipline, vulnerability, editing, rewriting, and perseverance that goes into that accomplishment is truly something to celebrate. šŸ‘

On National Book Lovers Day, Iā€™m especially grateful for two of my best friends who give meaning to being true "Full-Book" authors! šŸ¤£Traci Kay Davis Author for writing her first novel, and Nicole Morrison for writing her memoir, .

Traci, your dedication and discipline I witnessed when writing your novel was nothing short of amazing. I watched the hours, the rewrites, the determination, and the heart you poured into Because They Loved Him, and I couldnā€™t be prouder of you. šŸ˜

Nicole, your willingness to share your story so openly in Growing Up Happy in a Lonely World is something I truly admire. It takes incredible courage and vulnerability to turn your own experiences into words and then trust the world with them. ā¤ļø
