The Home Search Was The Easy Part,Believe It Or Not, In This Crazy Market. Super Grateful That The Lender & Title Company Broke This File All The Way Down To Get It Done. Beyond Thankful To The Listing Agent, Eric L., For Showing Patience And Working With His Clients To Keep This Deal Together. Could Not Have Done This W/o Providence Title As Well. This Is What Happens When Realtors Work Together In Making Deals Go Through.
