Some members who were enrolled in an Ambetter Health Marketplace or off-exchange health plan during 2025 will receive a rebate for a portion of the health insurance premiums paid.

This rebate is connected to the Affordable Care Act’s Medical Loss Ratio (MLR), also known as the 80/20 Rule.

📅 Rebates are expected to be provided by September 30, 2026.

✅ Currently insured with Ambetter?
Your rebate may be applied as a credit toward your monthly premium due on or after September 30.

📬 No longer insured with Ambetter?
You may receive your rebate by check.

Rebate amounts and how they are issued may vary based on factors such as state, family size, and premiums paid.
