Many states, including Kansas and Missouri, have free powers of attorney forms for financial decisions, but an attorney's advice on those can be valuable. You don't want to give an agent rights without careful thought.

It's tax time! Contributing to an IRA or a Roth is a good plan. A backdoor Roth contribution, where you first make a non-deductible deposit into your IRA then convert, is smart tax move if you're able.
