📢 A New Way to Save for Your Child's Future: Trump Accounts
Parents, guardians, and other authorized individuals can now open a Trump Account for eligible children under age 18 with a valid Social Security number.
How to get started:
✅ Sign in to your IRS account or create one
✅ Complete and submit IRS Form 4547 electronically or with your 2025 federal tax return
✅ After your election is processed, you'll receive instructions to activate and manage the account through the official Trump Accounts portal or app
💰 Important details:
• Eligible contributions can be made by parents, grandparents, employers, charities, and others, subject to IRS rules
• Annual contribution limit: $5,000 (indexed for inflation after 2027)
• Children who are U.S. citizens born between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2028, may qualify for a $1,000 federal pilot program contribution
• Funds are invested in approved low-cost index mutual funds or ETFs designed for long-term growth
