A good friend of mine convinced me that I need to own running my own ads.

Everything about learning how to do it has been less than fun, uncomfortable, and frustrating.

However, I definitely feel my new expertise, expand, and know that I’m growing. Becoming less reliant on others for certain aspects of my business does feel good.

Here’s an example of me putting it out there first so I can make it perfect later thanks for being a part of my journey.

On this recent episode we share the true journey of a “Non QM” mortgage loan.
These loans could be: bank statements only/ DSCR or a bridge loan.
Think “outside the box” of normal mortgage transactions.

Unfortunately, we worked on a loan that was eventually denied by the first lender. Rather than giving up, we stood together (client and myself) and buckled up for another go. I learned that I can trust myself/ my knowledge of loan products and endure the storm of uncertainty while protecting my clients best interest and communicating effectively.
My goal is to serve each client for years to come. I’m learning quickly that leading with that mindset sets a tone for an experience thats rare in today’s world.

Many lenders don’t do these “NON QM” loans.
However, there is a big need for this type of product especially here in Utah where we have so many self employed individuals.
