This closing day has been a long time coming! I've been working with this client since the beginning of the year, and had countless offers not accepted, and even had one home under contract but it fell through due to inspection issues. She FINALLY found this incredible home and I truly hope nothing but the best for her!! Happy Closings!! It is always SO encouraging when we finally get to the finish line of a home buying journey!! Both of these clients were looking for the perfect fit for a while- but we stayed patient, we stayed diligent, and they get to move into their new homes this weekend!
