He was professional, always kept open lines of communication, and made himself available 24/7 whenever we had questions or concerns. He was completely transparent with the information he received and kept us updated every step of the way. Alberto also streamlined the entire process by coordinating seamlessly with the title company, insurance brokers, and realtors, which made everything much easier for us. On top of that, he went above and beyond by using our credentials to secure the best rate available.

He is also very knowledgeable about the current market fluctuations, which gave us confidence in making informed decisions. Alberto was patient and understanding throughout the process, and unlike some mortgage brokers who push clients to close quickly just to finalize a deal, he never pressured us to find a home before we were ready. Instead, he supported us at our pace, ensuring we felt comfortable with every decision.
