Non-QM loans are designed for financially strong clients whose income doesn’t fit neatly inside conventional guidelines especially:

• Entrepreneurs & self-employed buyers
• Real estate investors
• High-income earners with write-offs
• Clients with complex financial profiles

These programs aren’t subprime, they’re strategic.

If you’ve been told “you don’t qualify,” it may just mean you haven’t explored the right structure yet.
