Here’s the reality 👇

Usually, when there’s global uncertainty,
📉 rates tend to improve

BUT this time is different

⚠️ The war is impacting oil prices
📈 Oil goes up → inflation goes up
🚫 And when inflation rises, rates don’t come down

So instead of seeing rates drop into the 5s like we were trending…

We’re in a holding pattern until:
