Q3 was a blessing, and I’m incredibly grateful for every client, referral partner, and family that trusted me to be part of their journey.

The numbers are great, but the people behind them mean so much more. Every closing is a reminder that God continues to open doors, provide opportunities, and allow me to use the gifts He has given me to serve others.

Big congratulations to my client Raghu on his investment property! This property is already cash flowing tremendously, making it another great addition to his investment portfolio.

This is exactly why I love the DSCR program. It allows investors to qualify based on the property’s cash flow rather than traditional income documentation. Another powerful tool for real estate investors.
