1. Wind and flood are separate policies. If you don't have both, you may have a gap.
2. Renting out your property this summer? Standard homeowners coverage may not apply.
3. Vacant for 30+ days? Your policy might not cover it. Ask us.
4. Pools, docks and outdoor structures aren't always automatically included.
