📢 Monthly Rent Reminder – Schuh Family Investments

To ensure everyone is on the same page, we’d like to clarify our rent policy:

🏠 Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

⏰ A late fee will be assessed on any unpaid balance beginning on the 6th of the month, in accordance with your lease agreement.

Please note: If your first month’s rent was prorated because you moved in after the 1st, that was a one-time accommodation only. Beginning with your first full month of occupancy, rent is due in full on the 1st of each month. A prorated first month does not change your recurring monthly due date.

We appreciate our residents who consistently pay on time. Prompt rent payments allow us to maintain our properties, respond quickly to maintenance requests, and continue providing quality housing.

If you anticipate a problem making your payment, please contact us before your rent becomes late. We value communication, but lease terms are applied fairly and consistently to all residents.

Good morning,
As all our tenants know our units are supposed to remain smoke free
As management we have noticed a lack of tenants smoking outdoors and during inspections this was confirmed
Well weather is back beautiful and we want to remind all tenants to please be respectful to the tenants in our buildings that don't smoke and remain going outdoors to smoke

We appreciate your cooperation

We have placed a cigarette container at front entrance for our tenants use please help us keep our properties clean of those nasty butts

Your rent will now be paid to Homes of America which does now have a office set up in parkview. Stephanie is the park manager for homes of America she seems that she is trying very hard to get these parks in order…
