🏡✨ Another Happy Closing Day! ✨🏡

Big congratulations to my incredible client, who is moving from the southern US to KCMO! Between listing their current home, relocating across the country, and starting a new job, their plate was full. I wanted to make sure the loan process was the easiest, smoothest part of their transition—and we did just that!

Even with the added complexity of arranging an out-of-state notary, this closing was seamless and stress-free. It’s always my goal to make the financing process one less thing to worry about in a busy season like this.

This was a very sweet closing for me. I’ve watched .lague grow from a tiny, adorable toddler to the beautiful, successful teacher and wife that she is today. I am so grateful she chose to let me be part of this huge milestone in her and her husband’s life.
