$168,450. That’s how much we raised in just one night for an organization dear to us, The Pinky Swear Foundation. The night was full of excitement and emotions as Northwestern Mutual Twin Cities talked about the “Why?” behind Pinky Swear.

We choose Pinky Swear because when a child is diagnosed with cancer, and a family’s life is turned upside-down in a single moment, we know that they will be there to show the family that they have a village.

The funds raised will continue to support these families for generations to come in our endowment fund that has now surpassed $800,000! To say we are humbled and proud is an understatement.

After tragically losing their mom, nine puppies needed ample supplies to grow and thrive through their first weeks of life. Thankfully, we were able to step up where it was needed most in supporting Healing Hearts Rescue through such a difficult time.

This month's Employee Spotlight is Kera LePitre! As our Director of Operations, she keeps things moving behind the scenes around our office. While overseeing day-to-day operations, she also leads our district's philanthropic efforts, and manages our social media content (Hi!).

Finding ways to be a resource to our district and our community is her passion and we're so grateful for everything she brings to the team!

Lauren Sandy, our Chief Recruiting Officer, joined us to touch on the value of being a Financial Advisor as the needs of our community continue to grow.
