Today we’re celebrating Mariah Black —an incredible processor, a wonderful teammate, a devoted animal lover, and very soon, an amazing mom. As she prepares to welcome her sweet baby this summer, she's stepping into one of life's most exciting new chapters, and we couldn't be more excited for her.

Anyone who knows Mariah knows that her heart is huge. Not only does she pour herself into helping our clients have the best possible experience throughout the loan process, but she has also spent years helping animals in need. Her love for cats is unmatched, and she has fostered and cared for hundreds of cats and kittens, giving them a safe place to heal, grow, and find loving homes. The compassion she shows to every animal she meets is truly inspiring.

As she prepares for maternity leave, she has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every client, referral partner, and transaction continues to receive the attention and care they deserve.
