This is an email poem i guess you could call it... from our surety. It's kind of cool.
To our agents coast to coast,
From small-town jails to cities with folks,
You write the bonds, you chase the calls,
You answer phones at all odd hours and all.
While others sleep, you’re wide awake,
Posting bond before dawn breaks.
Friday night? Weekend plans?
Those got skipped—because jail never can.
You’ve got bounty-hunter slang and nerves of steel,
“Skip tracer,” “runner,” “bring ’em in clean” is the deal.
You know the sound of keys and cuffs echoing,
And can smell a no-show from three counties away.
You’ve chased ’em through rain, through heat, through mud,
Fueled by coffee, grit, and a little stubborn blood.
If there’s a flight risk headed south real fast,
You’re already moving—no questions asked.
You juggle court dates, indemnitors too,
Paperwork stacks like a boss-level zoo.
Nights, weekends, holidays—no big surprise,
Because freedom doesn’t keep banker’s hours, guys.
And through it all, you stand tall and true,
Writing smart bonds and doing what pros do.
You are the best—no doubt, no test,
And you are the reason we’re the best of the best.
So thank you for hustling, grinding, and care,
For trusting Roche Surety and being fair.
We’re proud to back agents who never quit—
You make this company legit.
Stay safe out there, keep eyes on the prize,
Watch for runners and alibis.
respect, gratitude, and cheer,
We couldn’t do this without you… not even close, not even near.
