This month’s employee spotlight features Logan Bigler, SBA Business Relationship Manager based out of our Stillwater branch. Logan joined FRB in June 2025, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience in the banking industry and a deep understanding of small business and commercial lending.
Logan began his banking career in 2009, just prior to graduating college (Go Tommies!). Over the past 17 years, he has built a well-rounded background by working across multiple areas of banking, gaining valuable perspective at each stage of his career. His experience includes time on the retail side, personal banking, underwriting, and ultimately the commercial banking space, where he has spent the last 10 years.
Within commercial banking, Logan has held a variety of specialized roles, including commercial credit analyst, small business lender, portfolio manager, and most recently, SBA lender—a role he has focused on for the past three years leading into his position at FRB. This diverse path has equipped him with both technical expertise and a strong understanding of business owners’ needs.
Reflecting on his time as a commercial credit analyst, Logan noted how formative the role was in shaping his approach to lending. Understanding how to deeply analyze financials and identify strengths (or gaps) within a business allows him to be more thoughtful and well-informed when structuring credit solutions for clients.
Logan describes his career trajectory as intentionally leading to where he is today, working directly with existing or new business owners to help them achieve their goals. He is especially passionate about supporting entrepreneurs as they pursue business ownership and build something meaningful.
Helping clients “fulfill their American dream” is what continues to motivate Logan, regardless of the size or nature of the business. Seeing owners reach milestones and move closer to their long-term objectives is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work.
Outside of work, Logan spends much of his time with his two daughters, Marley and Grace. Their fondness for volleyball and soccer keeps them busy, but he values every opportunity to be present and involved. When time allows, Logan also enjoys golfing. Family time is a priority, especially during the summer months, when they enjoy being on the water, hiking, and spending as much time together as possible.
What’s Logan’s favorite part about working at FRB?
“It’s truly the culture,” Logan said. He appreciates the organization’s collaborative environment, where people at all levels are encouraged to share ideas and contribute to innovation. Logan values the absence of silos and the shared commitment across the bank to work together for the greater good, an environment that allows both employees and clients to succeed.
