✨ "It works until it doesn't." ✨

We've all been there—something that once seemed foolproof suddenly stops working.

Every once in a while, I get stopped. I realized it was a signal that a change was needed—that I needed to shift and change. Funnily enough, the clues were there all along.

So, I started searching for options.
I could pretend that the situation would change or resolve itself.
OR
I could better understand the situation by asking What and Why. Yep, I went with this one.

Instead of lashing out, I chose to reflect on why I was triggered. I examined my attachment and the situation.

I bounced my thoughts off a couple of people, listened to them and my gut, and opened myself to new approaches and solutions.

Then, I made a choice, implemented changes, and valued being patient with myself to remain flexible.

Change is the only constant in life. So, I continue to embrace change head on take the lesson of situations as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
