This session launches a new year-long coaching demonstration series designed to give participants a rare opportunity to observe the full arc of a real coaching engagement rather than a single stand-alone session.

We had a wonderful evening (Sept 29th) celebrating the people and organizations making an impact through coaching across Minnesota.

Our 2026 ICF Minnesota Awards Celebration brought our community together for an evening of connection, recognition, and reflection. We celebrated the recipients of the PRISM Award, the Gaston Award, and the Loretta Diez Coach Training Scholarship. Each representing a different way coaching can create meaningful change in organizations, in our profession, and in people’s lives.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to recognize exceptional work, celebrate one another, and continue building a coaching community centered on impact, service, and connection.
