Knowing great people can make all of the difference in a Homeowner's Life! On the morning of April 13th a client of mine incurred a fire that has led to the need for a rebuild of the entire interior. During the evening of that same day a large hail storm tore through the area which severely damaged the roof of this same home. Because the roof was old and at the end of it's life insurance covered very little. Thank you to MN Smart Homes for arranging to reroof this home with labor and materials donated by a very generous crew! Your trust, friendship and generosity means the world!
