A lemonade stand is one of the best introductions to personal finance.

Here are the lessons it teaches:

🍋 Invest before you earn.
Lemons, sugar, cups, and supplies cost money. Every financial goal starts with an investment of time, money, or effort.

💰 Revenue isn’t profit.
Selling $100 of lemonade doesn’t mean you made $100. Knowing your costs is the foundation of building wealth.

😊 Customer service creates value.
A smile, a great experience, and a quality product turn customers into repeat buyers. Relationships are an asset.

🌦️ Not every day is profitable. Weather changes. Demand shifts. Business and investing work the same way. Success comes from consistency, not perfection.

The biggest lesson?

Financial confidence is built one decision at a time - just like every successful lemonade stand started with a single cup.
