We’re thrilled to share a sneak peek at the design of our new tenant’s space, Twin Cities Pilates, at Viridium Apartments in Minneapolis’ North Loop!

Located just one block off Washington Avenue, the studio is currently under construction, but we recently got a look at the concept renderings, and we can already tell this is going to be a beautiful addition to the neighborhood.

The space is designed to feel modern and peaceful, creating an environment that will be a perfect fit for the North Loop lifestyle.

This will be TCP's third metro location and they will occupy the 3,500 SF commercial space facing the North Loop Park.

TCP plans to offer group classes including: Reformer and Chair, Hot Pilates, mat, tower, professional athlete classes and more. Private sessions and parties also available!

🩵Giving back is one of the many ways SR invests in the community!

This week, our team spent the afternoon volunteering at Open Arms of Minnesota, in one of their many vegetable gardens. We weeded, harvested fresh vegetables, and readied the beds for fall planting, all in support of an organization that provides nutritious, medically tailored meals to people living with life-threatening illnesses. 🌱🧑‍🌾

It was a rewarding reminder that even a few hours of service can make a meaningful impact. Thank you to Open Arms of Minnesota for the incredible work you do every day and for giving us the opportunity to be part of it.

We're grateful to spend the day serving alongside one another and look forward to returning in the future. 💚
