Today, we honor and remember our friend, colleague, and beloved VP of Recruiting & Strategic Growth, Stephanie Treusein.

For more than three years, Steph faced cancer with extraordinary courage, grace, and resilience. Yet what we'll remember most isn't her battle, but it's the way she lived. Her contagious laugh, positive spirit, unwavering kindness, and genuine love for people left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Steph helped shape the future of Luminate by bringing incredible people into our organization, but her greatest legacy is the countless lives she touched along the way. She made people feel seen, valued, and loved. She embodied what it means to lead with heart.

While we mourn her loss, we celebrate a life lived with purpose, joy, and compassion. We are better because we knew her, and her light will continue to shine through the people and culture she helped build.
