The 2/1 Buydown program allows for buyers to get a lower interest rate for the first ✌🏽 years of your mortgage loan. 2% lower in the first year, and 1% lower in the second!! With the current market, our team has been seeing a TON of opportunity with programs like this and have been able to capitalize and save our clients a good deal of money up front 🙌🏽
