Thirty years ago, while working in the Hazmat industry, I met Dr. Karl Anderson — a man who believed there were natural ways to support better health long before wellness became mainstream.

That conversation changed the direction of my life.

Since then, we’ve traveled to places like Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, Jamaica, India, and Poland studying wellness, nutrition, and why so many people are searching for alternatives that simply make more sense.
