Steve McCarty established the Steven C. McCarty Agency, Inc. (SCM Agency) in 1994. After heading up his father's State Farm agency for 17 years, Steve wanted to be able to offer his clients a variety of insurance markets to serve their individual needs such as Auto, Homeowners, Personal Liability, Business and Life Insurance.
