This loan journey went smoothly from start to finish—but closing day brought a little unexpected excitement. While doing their final walkthrough with their agent, Kayla Sims Alford, they were alerted that the U-Haul carrying their belongings had caught fire right in front of the home.

Without hesitation, Kayla and Jacob jumped into action while waiting for the fire department. We are so incredibly thankful they were able to get things under control and that they didn’t lose everything. 🙏
