In the better interest of our own health, and especially the health and safety of our clients, Fons & Co. will be working remotely and not accepting in-office visits until further notice. This hasn’t been an easy decision for many businesses, but in the wake of the rapidly spreading COVID-19 virus and daily/hourly developments surrounding this pandemic, we’ve decided to work proactively alongside our community, reduce the risk of spread and keep employees and clients safe. A number of our insurance carriers have already taken similar actions and have strongly encouraged agents who can work remotely to do so.
Fons & Co. is still open for business and this will not affect our regular operations, policy maintenance or customer service. We are an agency that has utilized mobile technology for many years and are well-versed in remote capabilities, which have served our agency and clients well through smooth, efficient, and often instant, policy service.
Please continue to contact us by phone, email or fax in the coming weeks with policy questions or concerns. Our after hours mail slot is also available for in-office payments and policy correspondence, which will be monitored on a daily basis. We will be closely following any new developments and making the appropriate transitions in business practice and service to better suit the safety of our clientele.
