📖 9,000+ Smart Money Resource Guides shared throughout the community each year

Common Ground Works is a workforce development and training organization focused on helping people who are often overlooked in hiring find stable jobs and pathways to meaningful careers.

Their work is especially focused on expanding employment opportunities for people of color and individuals with criminal records, while encouraging Milwaukee employers to build a more inclusive workforce.
