A new chapter for this Milwaukee landmark!

We're proud to announce F Streets acquisition of the Humphrey Scottish Rite Masonic Center. Built in 1889, this historic building has been part of downtown Milwaukee's story for generations, and we can't wait to bring it back to life as The Scot, 22 luxury apartments inside one of the city's most iconic buildings.
Construction kicks off this fall, with doors opening fall 2027. Stay tuned for updates along the way.

Two stories on one site.
At The Axis in West Allis, our garden-style Building A received its certificate of occupancy from the City of West Allis in September, under ten months after groundbreaking. Residents continue to move in.
On the same site, mid-rise Building C topped off the same week, and the next phase is on track for a Q1 2027 delivery. The same construction team is running both phases with the same trades.
That's the model we're bringing to Waukesha. One master plan, delivered in phases, by a team that has already done it a few miles away.

Last night, the Waukesha County Board approved the sale of the former UW–Milwaukee at Waukesha campus to F Street. Now 71 acres become a new neighborhood with roughly 650 homes:
~70 single-family homes, including 20 built with Habitat for Humanity
~580 market-rate apartments
Trails and green space that connect to the neighborhoods around it

On Monday, we hosted our 4th Annual F Street Golf Outing at Ozaukee Country Club in Mequon, bringing together partners, investors, and our team for a beautiful day on the course.

It was a great chance to step away from the day to day and connect on a personal level with the people we work alongside all year.
