F Street Founded in 2008, F Street Group invests and maintains ownership stakes in number of iconic Milwaukee-based businesses, as well as companies across the US.

While you may not recognize our name (yet), you can be assured you’ve likely spent time with some of our brands. Lakeshore Commons continues to progress in Oak Creek.

We are developing a 66-acre residential community along Lake Michigan with townhomes, single-family lots, lake access, and shared amenities.

Construction continues with Stevens Construction Corp., following the design vision from RINKA.

We are proud of the progress, the lease-up momentum, and the long-term value being created for residents, investors, and the Oak Creek community.
