Founded in 2008, F Street Group invests and maintains ownership stakes in number of iconic Milwaukee-based businesses, as well as companies across the US.

While you may not recognize our name (yet), you can be assured you’ve likely spent time with some of our brands. Our goal has always been to help support and build the communities we operate through the work we do and the businesses we invest in. On Monday, we hosted our 4th Annual F Street Golf Outing at Ozaukee Country Club in Mequon, bringing together partners, investors, and our team for a beautiful day on the course.

It was a great chance to step away from the day to day and connect on a personal level with the people we work alongside all year.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We're already looking forward to next year.

A major win for F Street BD 2, LLC and Village 43.

In under 24 months, the property has been fully stabilized and is now refinancing into a five-year interest-only CMBS loan.

As part of the refinance, **56% of investor equity is being returned**, plus accrued preferred return.

A huge thank you to our investors for their trust, and to Greenfire Construction, Harmonic Residential, First American Bank, Barclays, and everyone involved in bringing the original thesis to life.

The former church and school campus at 92nd and Greenfield sat quiet for years before F Street and the City of West Allis decided to write its next chapter. Nine months into construction, The Axis Apartments is right on schedule and we're looking forward to delivering 147 new homes to West Allis soon.

Open and closed in under three hours.

F Street Willard, LLC, our newest industrial acquisition in Ohio, was fully raised shortly after launch.

A lot of work happened behind the scenes to identify the opportunity, structure the deal, and bring it to our investor network. Our investors saw the value and moved quickly. We appreciate the trust our network continues to place in F Street.
