Our newest investment officially acquired today! Thanks to Hempel, Marcus Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton... Introducing The Lofton Hotel (formerly known as The Loews Hotel). As part of the acquisition, effective immediately the 251 room hotel has become a Hilton and has been renamed "The Lofton" - now part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection of brands. The hotel is primely located and its neighbors include Target Center (NBA), Target Field (MLB), Mayo Clinic, Orpheum Theater, and many more.

While already of fantastic quality and amenity rich, this new collective ownership group is planning a healthy upgrade as part of the rebranding from Loews to Hilton. More to come!

Update regarding our most recent investment (the SE Wisconsin / NE Illinois manufacturing/warehousing portfolio referenced back in May). We have since placed additional funds towards the investment to fund a MAJOR expansion of the anchor tenant. Fantastic news which should yield returns towards the higher side of the initial pro-forma!

New investment alert! Goldstone minority ownership. SE Wisconsin / NE Illinois manufacturing/warehousing portfolio. ~$40 Million total purchase price, ~470,000 square foot industrial portfolio (multiple assets in different locations). Weighted average lease term over 11 years. Near-term value creation which will further bolster the already strong cash flow and project return. Very pleased with this newest addition to the Holding Co today. More to come...!

Another investment alert! "Crosstown Core Industrial" land in Eden Prairie, MN officially acquired for a 64,000 SF distribution center anchored by a national tire distributor on a long-term lease. Construction to commence in April for an opening in Spring of 2023.

Investment alert!! Minority financial stake taken in Isaac’s Parkjng Garage downtown Milwaukee. Located at 330 W Wells St, the parking garage is just a few blocks from Fiserv Forum and is the closest parking garage connected to the Wisconsin convention center. Cash flow positive day one with tons of upside in the ever-growing Westown neighborhood.

Undisclosed acquisition price, but $2 million+ going into improvements immediately. Upgraded lighting, controls, security, access, and more.

INVESTMENT ALERT! Goldstone has taken a minority stake in Milwaukee’s newest and coolest gathering space – 3rd Street Market Hall. Crafted after a national tour of like-kind spaces, the 3rd Street Market Hall will rival the Milwaukee Public Market and all other event and gathering spaces in the city. Located just blocks from the Fiserv Forum / Deer District. After a slight delay due to COVID, the hall will open in October and will now host over 20 local food vendors, a 40+ seat central bar, event space, and numerous activities including a Top Golf simulator, Shuffleboard, Snookball, a ‘selfie museum’, and more.
