Property management company is seeking a hard-working, energetic, Maintenance Technician with an attention for detail to add to our Milwaukee maintenance team. The right individual will be, reliable, able to work with limited supervision and in a team environment. We offer a great working environment with opportunity for advancement within the company. $17-$20/hour based on experience.

Candidates MUST be 21 years of age, possess knowledge of maintenance related tasks involving: electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, boilers, snow removal and cleaning. Saturday availability preferred. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license.

East Bank Storage is a leading self-storage and wine storage company in Milwaukee with two facilities near downtown. We are looking for an outgoing individual with great communication skills to fill the role of a permanent part-time sales associate.

Daily activities include, but are not limited to:
Leasing and showings
Customer service through proper telephone and in-person contact
Merchandise sales
Light bookkeeping and record keeping

Compensation is Based on Experience

Basic Requirements Include:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills
At least 18 years old
Able to work Saturdays
Some college education
Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs
