J.R. focuses on wealth planning and portfolio construction. J.R. earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Marquette University and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He has earned the professional designation of Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®) by the College of Financial Planning in 2007.

J.R ., his wife, Lori, and their two daughters reside in Shorewood. He is a Board Member of the Eisenhower Center and involved in the mentor program at Marquette University. J.R. loves spending time with his family as well as playing golf, traveling, and Marquette University basketball.

Roger takes a holistic approach to wealth management by fully understanding his client's goals and expectations. He works with his clients to create a financial plan and then allocates assets based on individual risk tolerance to help them achieve their goals and objectives. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University, and after joining Baird in 2008, completed his FINRA 7 series and 66 licenses. Roger is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Roger is an active member of his local Alumni Association, as well as other organizations in the community, including the American Heart Association, Lions Club International, and the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts. He is a Wisconsin native and an avid Badgers fan. He enjoys reading, the outdoors, golfing and a variety of other sports. Roger currently lives in Sussex Wisconsin with his wife, Brittany, and their three sons.
