Rain or shine, we had a great time supporting the Richfield Lions Club of Wisconsin a few weeks ago! ⛳🌧️☀️ As a sponsor, we set up @ Hole 10 to cheer on golfers, encourage a little karaoke (whether they wanted to or not 😄), and hand out drink vouchers courtesy of a few local commercial policyholders.

One of the best parts of is getting out into the communities we serve and connecting with people face-to-face. Thanks to the Lions Club for a fun day filled with good people, plenty of laughs, and a little friendly competition.

Supporting both our agents and industry partners is always top of mind. So opportunities like this — to offer a space to an organization that does so much for so many independent agents — was a no-brainer!

Our summer just got even brighter 🌞 The Intern Class of 2026 has arrived at HQ!

We’re excited to welcome 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐋𝐢𝐳, 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥, 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞, 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐤, and 𝐓𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐲 as the inaugural class in our Full Circle Internship Program 🔄

Over the next 10 weeks, they’ll dive into meaningful work within their home departments, while also participating in Badger’s "Tour de Insurance" — a crash course in how the biz works end-to-end, carving out time to rotate across teams, complete a capstone project, and see first-hand how their role is connected to every department, policyholder, and partner agent.

Big thanks to the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin for bringing together our partner agents and industry leaders for two days of meaningful conversations and a look at what’s ahead. We talked AI (of course!), best practices, and the broader state of the industry - all grounded in the relationships that keep this biz top-tier.

Now it’s back to work. 💪 Feeling recharged (sidenote from marketing team: also maybe a little tired) and ready to keep raising the bar alongside our Badger and industry peers.
