From networking in Title Town to a little CE in Lambeau, showed up strong in Green Bay last week. 🧀🏈

Big thanks to the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin for bringing together our partner agents and industry leaders for two days of meaningful conversations and a look at what’s ahead. We talked AI (of course!), best practices, and the broader state of the industry - all grounded in the relationships that keep this biz top-tier.

Now it’s back to work. 💪 Feeling recharged (sidenote from marketing team: also maybe a little tired) and ready to keep raising the bar alongside our Badger and industry peers.

Earlier this month, we were proud to support Nativity Jesuit Academy's Noche de Nativity as a mission sponsor. In just one night, the community came together to raise more than $400,000, expanding access to Nativity’s top-tier K4–8 education for students on Milwaukee’s south side. 👏

Insurance is what we do, and protecting people is why we do it.

And yes, giving back to impactful organizations like is part of our corporate mission.

But it's deeper than that >>> time spent with Nativity’s staff, students, and supporters is a powerful reminder of the lives and families behind every policy - and the impact we can have when we show up for others.

Just like the Nativity team, showing up for our community isn’t separate from our work. It’s the heart of it. ❤️

Today was our quarterly meeting: an all company gathering at HQ (and virtually) for an update on all things Badger from our CEO. And when that meeting lands on and , supporting our MKE commercial policyholder La Dama Mexican Kitchen and Bar is a no-brainer! 🌮

Huge thanks to Chef Emmanuel for a great lunch -- and to the La Dama team and their independent agent, Colonial Insurance Agency, for trusting us to help protect their biz. If you’re still deciding on dinner plans (or a post-work margarita, you deserve it 👀🍹), they’re worth a visit!

In honor of (didn't you know that was today?!), we’re spotlighting last month’s initiative 🐾🍿

Thanks to the support from our Badger team and HQ building tenants, we raised $436 during our Thursday popcorn sales -- donated to an organization that is close to one of our employee's hearts, Happy Endings No Kill Cat Shelter 💙 The funds helped provide litter, dry food, cozy beds, and cleaning supplies for their shelter cats.

Together, we’re making a difference.... one policyholder, popcorn , and paw (!) at a time. 🐶🐱 If you're ever in downtown MKE at 10am on Thursday, stop by to grab a quick snack for a special cause!
