Every year, the Walk for Wishes is a date we happily circle on our calendars. We were thrilled to join Make-A-Wish Wisconsin once again, this time at the Milwaukee County Zoo, for a day filled with community, kindness, and plenty of that spirit! 🦒🐅

Together, our employees set a new company fundraising record and were named #1 fundraising team, raising more than $26K to help make wishes come true.

Because of our team’s efforts (and big hearts), we’re helping send 4-year-old Stella to the most magical place on earth, Disney World, and making sure 11-year-old Jackson can rip around his family farm in style with a new golf cart. 🏰🧑🏼‍🌾

To end an already amazing day, we celebrated at policyholder Leff's Lucky Town . Thank you to everyone who donated, walked and supported this incredible cause with us. It’s one that that is part of our Badger soul, and we love sharing the power of a wish with you 💙🌟

Big thanks to Milwaukee Downtown for an afternoon of giveaways, lunch, live music and plenty of fun. A perfect midday treat, right in our backyard! 🌇

Listen, we know there’s been a lot of golf on our feed lately. ⛳️

But it's not just golf. It’s a chance to spend time with people: the agents we partner with, the people we help protect and, in this case, a former Badger teammate and friend, Gary.

Gary spent several years at Badger as a Claims Adjuster, helping our policyholders on their toughest days. Last December, he and his wife lost their son, Thomas, in a tragic car accident. When friends and family came together for a golf outing supporting a scholarship fund in Thomas’ memory, we were grateful to be there alongside them.

The outing was an incredible celebration of Thomas, with plenty of fun on the course, too (unless you ask our Software Developer, Max, whose drives have some personal beef with the wind).

Another year, another successful day at the annual Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin, Inc. Scholarship golf outing! 🌞 🏌🏼

Not only did we get to put our golf skills to the test, but we also got the chance to connect with partners agents, build relationships with industry peers and of course celebrating the newest scholarship recipients.

The best part? Seeing the next generation of insurance professionals getting the support they need to make an impact on our industry. 🤩

What do you get when you mix industry education, networking, and baseball?
A homerun of a day at the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin Emerging Leaders event! ⚾

A few members of the Badger fam spent yesterday afternoon connecting with fellow industry peers about navigating today's market. One message echoed throughout the day: relationships matter. 🤝 Whether it was discussions with carrier partners, conversations with Wisconsin OCI representatives, or sharing ideas with peers, the value of asking questions, building stronger connections and working together to better serve our communities was front and center.

After the learning wrapped up, it was time to enjoy a Lake Country DockHounds game, where the networking continued outside of the classroom. Thanks to IIAW for another event that proves some of the best connections are built both on and off of the field!

Last week, some of our team members traded their desks for the dirt, spending the day volunteering at the Hunger Task Force, Inc. Farm.

Alongside other dedicated volunteers, the Badger team helped harvest 3,250 pounds of corn and 4,500 pounds of cabbage. Totaling 7,750 pounds of vegetables for our surrounding communities. Holy veg! 🌽 🥬

And thanks to our 🍿 efforts from May and June, we were also able to donate $550 to the Task Force's Adopt-A-Crop program.

Last week, a few members of the Badger team had the privilege of supporting that mission at Nativity's Annual Scholarship Golf Outing. During the program, Nativity's president, Vanessa Solis, shared one of the school's guiding principles: 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬.

That one hit home. ❤️

Our work looks different day-to-day, but it's a belief we share. The greatest impact often comes from quietly showing up, day after day, to help someone take their next step.
