From beginning to end, John consistently went above and beyond what we expected, coordinating closely with our real estate agent and the City of Boston’s Home Center to help keep every part of the homebuying process moving forward.
Buying a home can be exciting, but it can also be stressful—especially when there are multiple parties, requirements, deadlines, and unexpected challenges involved. Throughout the process, John remained calm, responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Whenever we became concerned about a delay or obstacle, he took the time to explain what was happening, communicate with the appropriate people, and remind us that things would work out.
What stood out most was that John never made us feel like we were simply another transaction. We genuinely felt that he cared about our family successfully reaching the finish line and becoming homeowners. His willingness to communicate, follow up, problem-solve, and coordinate with everyone involved gave us confidence during moments when the process could easily have felt overwhelming.
