Some times things don’t always work like you planned.

I was so excited for this flavor, a lemon crunch. Has pudding, lemon curd, shortbread cookies and marshmallows in it. Sounds delish right? I thought so too.

I’m not sure where I messed up. Overheated my chocolate or maybe it’s the new color set I was using but it came out too thick and very hard to work with. I tried to power through but it just got worse.

So we’ll have to pivot and as upset as I am with myself right now, I know that’s okay.

I’ll keep trying later today and report back! We’re down but not out!

No cake pops today yall! But I did decide on a few fun flavors for the week and mannnnnn am I excited! This week we will be doing a Lemon Meringue and Key Lime Pie 🍋 🍋‍🟩
