It's been a while since I've posted and things have been going slow for me at my regular job so I have been trying to get back to steady work. I've finally started achieving steady pay again to fund my business. So everything is getting back to normal. I can now move forward with my business. I'm currently waiting on my tax refund and my final close. After all this I will be able to invest in our first rental property. My partner and I have developed a strategy to try and make some money in the meantime. So now back to business.

We haven't had any offers yet but here is the finished product and it looks amazing wish we could afford homes like that here in the bay area. Should sell soon and we will move on the next!

Sorry its been a while but we are live and second home is officially on the market and looking amazing! this one is the real money maker in the this bundle deal. Its taken a lot longer than we had planned for. There are allot of different things we could've done to utilize our money better but its a learning experience. Im glad we got our first couple out of the way and learning new things along the way. This should hopefully get us rolling strong into next year so next year will be the year we create some real wealth and things will go allot more smoothly so that we will start rolling in the cash flow.

So we move to the next one. We are less than a week away before this one goes on the market and we are excited on this one because im hoping this one will gain us the momentum we need to get the next fix and flip!

We Closed our first deal! Finally! It feels amazing to finally fix and flip our first home. It was a tough journey don't get me wrong but it has been very satisfying. Still feel we have a long way to go. Real estate is an ever changing field so knowledge is key to stay ahead and find new ways to make your money make more money. Retirement here I come!

I wanted to take time out to explain some of the frustrations and feelings of dealing with real estate. Its hard to not be afraid of losing everything. I have come back from so deep dark places throughout my life and I feel like I have a stronger desire than most to succeed. For those of you who don't know me my family has been successful, but I feel to a point. To me they aren't financially wealthy. I knew there had to be another way than having to break your back and waste your youth. I have been trying to create a financially wealthy home for my family, and I believe I'm on the right path. Its very blurry right now for me because we have to get any real traction. I have luckily been reading allot more books now because I feel like I need an edge to goal. These books have been very reassuring that I am on the right path and I will endure these feelings of fear and losing everything. I believe RE is the way I can build a financially wealthy life for me and my family and I just have to stay focused and keep moving forward. RE is a numbers game and I have to keep getting my numbers up and soon I will take the luck out and knowledge will take over and we will eventually be financially free. So for now I have to stay determined.

Its been a while since we have updated our posts but here is the updated photos of recent progress. This is the home that is almost done and back on the market hopefully this weekend if not first week of June. So we are at the final stretch and pretty excited to see the return on this home. I have some updated pics of the other home and I will post that one soon but wanted to get these up so you can see the finishing touches!

So as our first two properties are coming close to completion we need to start getting ready to do our next properties. It has been interesting and hopefully with these first couple it will give us enough capital to start feeling comfortable to do more deals. I believe our ideal situation is to do 3-5 deals and then a rental home. If we are able to make enough to purchase a rental every 3-5 deals we should start having passive income which will eventually give us financial freedom! Its definitely been a bumpy ride here in the beginning but in less than 5 years I see our business giving us financial freedom and passive income to support our family for our remaining years along with something to leave to our son. Most people probably would have thought we were crazy for starting this business of Real Estate Investing but I've believed so much that this was the way it would be dumb of me to have never even tried. So here we are building a business literally from scratch and hopefully into an empire.

So this is our home being renovated as of 3/25 we have only a couple more weeks till this is done so excited to get this back on the market and ready to sell!

So we just heard back from my contact in Pennsylvania and we have been working on it for a month now and everything is going good. I'm actually working on a third property hopefully in Texas but we will see. Lenders aren't as excited to invest there because of the flood. So I'm hoping to get at least one more property so I have 3 homes to sell come summer! Fingers crossed.
