UPDATE - Widespread power outages across the United States have disrupted our major State Farm operations centers. Around 11:30 AM February 15th we have been completely without our phone, voicemail, email, and all software systems in our local agents’ offices. If you have tried to reach us or have left a voicemail that has not been returned, we apologize and we are NOT ignoring you. We will return all calls and emails as soon as we are able.

The one number that seems to be functional at this time is 1-800-782-8332 to allow for claims handling, payments, quotes, etc.

I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.
