I AM BACK!!! In 2021 work had to take a back seat for me while I worked on my health and the biggest fight of my life. Thrilled to say I am back working full time and couldn't be happier!!! I really know I love my job because I missed it so very much. Time to say some thanks. Thanks to my referral partners and borrowers who all stood by me and continue to stand by me and refer me. I am truly grateful and dedicated to all of you to be the best loan officer I can be! Thanks to my coworker (and more importantly incredible friend) Pat Manning who took care of my clients when I couldn't. Didn't hesitate to jump right in. Thanks to my processing team Brian and Riley for always being amazing and getting it done! And a huge thanks to my boss Matt Rasetta who said to me almost a year ago when I was diagnosed "Kelley your job right now is to just get better and heal. I don't want you to have any work or financial stress because stress isn't good for healing. So I got you" !! That's pretty amazing and he really did have my back! ***MAJOR MORTGAGE REFI UPDATE!!!***
Starting December 1st, the FHFA will be adding a large pricing adjustment of 50 basis points (1/2%) on all refinances done through Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac. (Fannie & Freddie own the vast majority of mortgage loans in the country so it's a big deal).
What does this mean to you?? If you're on the fence about refinancing, JUMP ON IT NOW!!! After December 1st, refinancing will be come a lot more costly and reduce the overall savings.
