We are excited to welcome W Insurance Group, an independent insurance agency based in Tacoma, Washington, to The Advantage Group family. Led by current partners Bryan Welch, Ryan Wiita, Jennifer Peterson, and Tom Rossetto, W Insurance has a rich history that began in the 1970s when Bryan, Jennifer, and Ryan’s fathers were Farmers Insurance agents. In 1981, they ventured into independence by founding AAA Insurance & Bonding Inc. in Federal Way, Washington.

Bryan Welch and Jennifer Peterson joined the agency in 1993, followed by Tom Rossetto in 1995 and Ryan Wiita in 2003. In 2008, W Insurance purchased their current building on Pacific Avenue in Tacoma, moving into the newly renovated space in 2009. In 2010, the agency rebranded to W Insurance Group, guided by the fact that both remaining partners had last names beginning with "W" and four children working at the agency. The "W" name, along with two generations of family involvement, symbolized their commitment to longevity and service.
A significant milestone came in 2022 when the founding partners retired, passing the stewardship of the agency to the current leadership team. Today, W Insurance stands out for its dedication to building strong, personal relationships with clients. All four partners work directly with their clients to meet their personal and business insurance needs, managing everything from prospecting to sales and service. This full-service, relationship-driven approach fosters trust and loyalty with their clients.

With a legacy rooted in family values and a dedication to quality service, W Insurance Group continues to offer personalized coverage for the long term. Their focus on both personal and commercial insurance makes them a perfect fit for The Advantage Group, and we look forward to a bright future together.
