Commenly asked questions from clients over the past couple days.

Did the fed funds rate drop by 50bps on Wednesday?…yes

Did mortgage interest rates improve because of the Fed dropping the feds fund rate?…no. Rates actually worsened slightly after the announcement due to other factors. 

Will mortgage interest rates drop in the future?…yes it’s likely interest rates will continue to slowly decline/improve going into 2025.

Is right now the right time to refinance?…maybe but it will depend on your situation and what your plans are with your home.

Should you contact me to get guidance on when it will be the right time to refinance?…yes absolutely contact me with any questions. It’s free to talk and work on a gameplan together :)

When should I purchase a home?…if now feels like the right time, then the right time is now! It’s hard to know for sure when will be the exact right time to purchase a home but as rates improve more buyers will come to the market and make the buying process more competitive.

Bittersweet day for me. Today marks the end of my journey with an amazing team in the retail lending world but the beginning of a new journey in the broker lending world. Cheers and good bye to 2020! It was a crazy, unpredictable, yet incredible year! My takeaway from 2020 is we learned a lot about ourselves and what we are capable of. We fought thought unprecedented times and rolled with the punches as best we could. I myself am so grateful for this past year. The life struggles were real but the opportunities were as well.

I am so incredibly honored to share that my team and I assisted 330 families through their home buying experience and/or refinancing needs! 330 families!!! 🤯

This was definitely beyond my wildest dreams. I never would have imagined this could be a reality when I got into this industry 4 1/2 years ago but our little team worked their asses off and I’m sooo proud of us and our accomplishments!

It was crazy to say the least but we didn't skip a beat and honored each and every promise to our clients to take the best care possible of each! We were tired but always remain upbeat and grateful!
