Todd Chunn 313 I am a real estate investor in the wholesale, wholetail, flip & rental business. My name is Todd Chunn and I am from the streets of Brightmoor (haha).

I always joke that this is the only neighborhood in Detroit that I will not buy in.
-Joining the Marines in 1990 changed the direction of my life.
-In 1995, I got my start door knocking in Detroit selling home improvement.
-For many years, I would drive to one house to the next to the next (10 appts each day) meeting with homeowners that wanted to refi their home. (This is how I learned the Det

roit neighborhoods & streets so well).
-I am referred to, by many, as the "Mayor of Detroit".
-Obtained my RE License in 2012.
-In 2016 I heard this at a real estate seminar: "You can either work for yourself to build your own goals and dreams or you can work for someone else to build their goals and dreams".
-January 1, 2017 I left being an employee for someone else.
-I specialize in the weekly Foreclosure Auctions in the state of Michigan.
-I am a real estate investor in the wholesale, wholetail, flip & rental business.
