Join our Team! We are excited to announce an opening for a Personal Lines Account & Sales Manager to join our family-owned and operated Insurance Agency in Milford, MA. This role offers a very unique opportunity to manage our Personal Lines Sales and Service Team while growing our existing book of business.
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for selling and servicing policies, building client relationships, and generating new business through agency-provided leads and personal prospecting. We welcome applications from experienced producers, recent college graduates, and newly licensed individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service personal auto, home, umbrella, and recreational policies etc....
- Manage, market, sell, service, renew and cross sell our current book.
- Identify and contact new clients through various prospecting methods.
- Manage the sales process from quoting to closing.
- Maintain an active Property & Casualty license and stay current on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Prior Property & Casualty (P&C) sales or insurance experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
- Flexible Pay Structure: Choose from:
- an uncapped incentive plan
- competitive draw against commission
- base salary plus commission
- commission only.
