RetireFlo has developed a system whereby we can collect your updated list of prescriptions, doctors, and the legally required Scope Of Appointment form in an easy and confidential way.
Once you click on the link below, you will be taken to their site to start this process. Once completed, your information will automatically be sent back to us and loaded into our management system, ready and waiting for our analysis to facilitate your Medicare Plan renewal.

To every enthusiastic participant of our ‘Guess the Number of Candys’ contest, we have a winner!
The exact number for everybody’s information was 192.
Our winner guessed 191!
