Storm Damage? ⚠️

With the recent and upcoming storms in the area, you may have already had a contractor knock on your door offering a "free roof inspection." Before you sign anything, please keep these tips in mind:

🚫 Don't sign on the spot. Be cautious of anyone pressuring you to sign a contract or "authorization form" right away. Some of these forms hand over control of your insurance claim.

📞 Call us first. Before scheduling repairs or inspections, give us a call. We'll walk you through your coverage and the proper claims process so nothing gets missed.

🔨 Use a reputable, local, insured contractor. Out-of-area "storm chasers" often disappear after the work is done...or before! Choose a contractor who is licensed, insured, and has a track record in our community.

📋 Get it in writing, and get more than one estimate. A trustworthy contractor won't rush you.

We're here to help you through it! If your home or property has storm damage, reach out to us before signing anything or starting repairs.

Meet the Owner: Joe 🌟

We're proud to celebrate Joe's 24 years with Insure Nebraska! Joe began working with the agency in 2002 after attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he studied Agronomy and Ag Business. In 2008, he became the third owner in the agency's 68-year history, and has since expanded to four locations in the area.

Joe grew up on a family farm in Seward County and is a Seward High School grad. He and his wife Trish have two sons, Peyton and Konner, and are proud grandparents to Kollyns and Blakelyn! 💕

Outside of work, Joe enjoys traveling, playing golf, coaching wrestling, and staying involved in real estate projects around the community.

Fun Fact: Joe still has his childhood collection of every George Brett baseball card ever made! ⚾
