Shea answered the phone on a Saturday morning when it was a snow storm and it was later in the afternoon. He was kind, knowledgeable and confident. He lead me in every step regarding my application. Once, it was filled out, he directed me to another member of his team, Stephen. Stephen worked and got me approved instantly. He informed me of my limits gave me insight on what were my next steps, and remained professional. I previously was using another agency and the process was taking too long.
I am so glad I switched to Total Mortgage! Once I found my dream house I had my keys in my hand in 21 days!!!! YES 21 days. They are fast, honest, reliable, trustworthy, informative, kind, and they are now apart of my family!
