Rhonda was the lucky winner of our $250 Lowe’s gift card and a $250 donation to a community organization of her choice in celebration of Nelson Mortgage Company’s 1-year anniversary! 🏡❤️

Rhonda chose TERRY COMMUNITY PARK and then went above and beyond by generously donating her $250 Lowe’s gift card to the park as well! That’s $500 going right back into our community! ❤️

This is what community is all about people coming together, giving back, and making a difference! Look at all the smiles on the kids faces.

THDA has expanded its 🏡 Homeownership for Heroes🏡 program to include state and local public safety emergency dispatchers and licensed K–12 principals!

Eligible professions include:

🇺🇸 Active-duty military, National Guard members, and veterans
🚑 EMTs and paramedics
🚒 Firefighters
🚓 State and local law enforcement officers
🎧 State and local public safety emergency dispatchers
📚 Licensed K–12 teachers employed full time in Tennessee public or private schools, including principals
