A little look back at a great night in Moore! 💙

A few weeks ago, FNB Commercial Loan Officer Jeff Arvin and Moore Branch Manager Matt Conover joined the community for National Night Out: an evening all about bringing neighbors, local leaders and first responders together.

We’re always proud to see our FNB team out in the communities we serve, building relationships and supporting the people who make them special.

Julie Waddle and Kyle Croak took four of our newest employees, Katelynn, Haylee, Tamara and Mitchell, out to lunch today for a chance to connect outside the office, hear about their training experience so far and share more about FNB’s culture and values.

New employee lunches were once a regular part of the FNB experience, and in April 2025, after being named Executive Officers, Julie and Kyle decided it was time to bring them back. These lunches create an opportunity to hear directly from new employees, answer questions and start building relationships early in their FNB careers.

We’re so glad to have Katelynn, Haylee, Tamara and Mitchell on our team. Welcome to FNB! 💙

Of course, around here, supporting our local schools isn’t exactly a new idea. FNB Community Bank has proudly offered our School Spirit Debit Cards since 2018 and had a branch in choctaw since 1999! Plus, we have a brand new design available now. 💙💛

Because supporting our schools has never been about following a trend for us. It’s about showing up for the communities we’ve been part of for generations.

Why? Getting a pre-approval letter is important because it helps define your budget so you can set realistic expectations.

It also shows the seller you are a serious and qualified buyer, as well as gets the ball rolling on all the paperwork needed for buying a home!

Starting the process earlier will help save you hassle when it comes time to close, and reduce the likelihood that the seller pulls out because of mortgage complications.
