Great leadership starts with understanding ourselves and each other! 💙

On Monday, FNB Community Bank’s corporate officers came together for our 2026 Leadership Summit, a day focused on personal growth, collaboration, and strengthening the way we serve our customers.

Through an engaging exploration of Enneagram personality types, our officers learned more about their individual strengths, communication styles, and how different personalities approach everyday situations. We put those insights into action with group brainstorming sessions focused on navigating customer interactions from different perspectives.

Because when we better understand each other, we become stronger leaders, better teammates, and an even better bank for our community!

Our Senior Vice President of Marketing, Julie Waddle, represented FNB for an evening dedicated to honoring the men and women who serve our country.

Phishing scams are designed to make you react quickly—an unexpected text, an urgent warning, or a link asking you to “verify” your information.

During Week 3 of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, remember three simple words: Stop. Look. Think.

If you receive a message you weren’t expecting:
🔹 Don’t click the link.
🔹 Don’t reply with personal or account information.
🔹 Go directly to the source using an app, website, or phone number you already trust.

That extra moment of caution can make all the difference.

Our very own Senior Vice President, Julie Waddle, recently joined Mid-Del Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Rick Cobb and Stacey Boyer for an episode of the district’s podcast to discuss community leadership, service, and the importance of investing in the places we call home.

As both an FNB leader and the 2026 Chair of the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce, Julie shares her perspective on why community banks play such an important role beyond traditional banking services.

For Week 2 of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, we’re talking about multi-factor authentication (MFA).

MFA adds an extra step when signing in, such as a code from an authentication app, a text message, or a biometric like your fingerprint or face. That extra layer can help protect your account even if someone gets ahold of your password.

Think of it like your front door: one lock is good. Another layer of security? Even better.
📱 When MFA is available, turn it on. A few extra seconds at login can add another layer of protection to your accounts.
