We firmly believe she is the reason we all made it to closing. Despite the gov't shut down and a highly emotional and erratic seller, De Anna kept this contract moving forward. She is always ahead of due dates and gives great feedback and advice.

Aside from our purchases, she has been the loan officer for our daughter and her family for their home reno loan recently and continues to check in on them, which is very sweet and really comforting to us.

Our son and his wife hope to purchase their first home in the next year or two and will be reaching out to De Anna for their loan needs too. They couldn't be in better hands

We've shared her name with work colleagues who have expressed interest in home equity or renovation loan or purchasing a new home in the next year. We wouldn't recommend her if we didn't trust her to provide the same excellent service to them as she did to us.

We have worked with De Anna on three home purchases over the past several years, including an FHA Standard, a 203K, and a 184 loan. Each transaction came with its own unique challenges, but De Anna handled every one of them with absolute professionalism, deep expertise, and remarkable patience.

Our most recent home purchase was especially complicated, involving a government shutdown and a very impatient seller that pushed our escrow out by an extra 30 days. Through it all, De Anna kept everything moving, kept us informed, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her wisdom and experience really shone—she guided us through a tough transaction and still got us to the finish line.
